2. Highlight the layer in the layers palette called "Place __ Image". Go to FILE... PLACE... and choose the image you want in that spot. Resize and move around to fit properly.
OR Click/Highlight the layer called "Place Photo" in your layers palette. Drag your image onto your PSD. (the photo should now be below the "Place Photo" layer) While holding the shift key (pc) or control key (mac), resize your photo to fit within the frame. (Edit-> free transform)
3. Flatten and resize to fit the width of your blog... IMAGE...IMAGE SIZE.
