By four tendons into the bases of distal
phalanges of 2nd through 5th fingers
Actions
Flexes distal interphalangeal (DIP) joints
of 2nd through 5th fingers, assists flexion
of the proximal interphalangeal (PIP)
joints, may assist in wrist flexion

Nerve to Profundus I and II: Median nerve
