PRIVA Reader/Programmer REPAIRING

Problem: Reader/Programmer not detected.
Solution: Possible the one of two general Voltage Regulators (TPS62050DGS that marked as BFM) is dead.
Often breaks down the VoltageRegulator +5V.
Disassembling the cases. Connect the power supply.
Touch the case of Voltage Regulators by finger, if his case is VERY HOT, then this VoltReg is dead.
Measure the voltages at the points:
Replace the dead TPS62050DGS.
Problem: All Voltage Regulators is working. Reader/Programmer not detected.
Solution: Possible the RS-232C VoltageShifter ST3232 is dead.
Check the power voltage (+3V3) & voltages of internal DC-DC converters (+6V & -6V):
Paths of all RS-232C wires:
Check the VoltShifter on board too complicated, so if You can t to check it - simple replace it.
Don t forget that replace the ICL3232 possible only by 3V-VoltShifter
(MAX3232, ICL3232, ST3232), not 5V-VoltShifter (like MAX232, ICL232, ST232,
e.t.c.) !!!
Checking the channel DTR:
When via the TxD none of sending by PC the Voltage of TxD is -10V.
So You Can check the through of channel RxD:
In same way You can check the channels RxD & CTS, controlled from the MCU side, but before the checking
You must put the MCU into the STATIC mode. To do this, temporary shortcut this points by ZeroJumper:
