When installing a remote start, connect the system s (-) negative output when remote started wire to the vehicle s key sense wire to prevent
the SERVICE ENGINE light from coming on.

NOTE: The factory alarm can be programmed on or off using the factory remote. To turn the factory alarm on or off, turn the ignition on and
press the PANIC button 8-10 times in 5 seconds. Within 3 seconds press UNLOCK to turn off the alarm or LOCK to turn on the alarm.
