YOU MAY:
· Modify/alter these files to suit your needs (color, size, etc.).
· Use these digital images in part or in whole in layouts that will be submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Cami Jo Designs, including any graphic you have altered in any way.
· Create ONE back-up copy of these files NOT to be redistributed to anyone
including, but not limited to: your mom, your bff, your sister, your next door neighbor, your Relief Society president.
· Create blog, Twitter, MySpace or other similar backgrounds for yourself. Please contact me if you are interested in creating these items for others using my kits
even if youłre doing it for free.
Scrap 4 Hire/Scrap 4 Others:
· S4H/S4O is allowed for card-making, page layouts, and other similar services, as long as the files are given to your client in a flattened JPEG format or printed out. Under no circumstances are any original kit pieces, PNGs or layered PSD, TIFF, or other file types to be redistributed
including, but not limited to, quick pages.
· You may not use my premade items such as quick pages, brag books or blogwear for your S4H/S4O business.
YOU MAY NOT:
- If itłs not in my DOłs, please DONłT do it. Including, but not limited to: hot linking, redistribution, making logos, website design, use for pornographic, harmful, racial, obscene or defamatory works
as deemed by Cami Rimmasch, or claim these images as your own.
**COMMERCIAL USE**
IÅ‚m so glad that you have chosen my Professional Use (CU) Product. If you use this product, IÅ‚d love to see what you have done with it. You can email me the link (or ask me questions) at camijodesigns AT gmail DOT com
YOU MAY:
1.) use Cami Jo Designs Products in your personal scrapbooking layouts (printed and/or digital), your digital scrap design products and small (home-based) business “Scrap-for Hire" projects, provided the following terms are met.
2.) use these items to create kits for sale, and/or freebies to make available to the public, as long as they are in a flattened png or jpg format. This includes collaborations with other designers.
3.) use these items to make pages for paying clients
4.) use this product in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication - you must give credit to Cami Jo Designs
5.) credit does not have to be given to me in your TOU file, but it is appreciated.
6.) Use products in personal blog headers- provided you credit me, Cami Jo Designs. A link to my shop or blog would also be appreciated.
YOU MAY NOT:
1.) You may not offer them as shapes in any other template collection for free or for sale, but feel free to use them in designs when making a kit or elements.
2.) You may not use these items to make any other commercial use/ designer resource product
however, you may use them to create kits that are S4O/S4H friendly. CU for CU is not permitted.
3.) share, loan, copy, rent, sell or distribute Cami Jo Designs products (in whole or part) to anyone at anytime (this includes relatives, friends or other household members) in their original format. They must be altered in some way (recoloring is fine).
4.) you may not "transfer" this item to someone else if you do not plan on using it again. You may not "trade" or give away this item to anyone else for their use.
Once you purchase it, it is for YOU only.
1.) They may NOT be used for websites (other than personal blogs), auction templates, etc. without express written permission, and in some cases an additional license fee may be required. I can be contacted at camijodesigns AT gmail DOT com
2.) use Cami Jo Designs products in a fashion that is obscene, pornographic, or illegal in nature.
My graphics, whether free or not, are protected by international copyright law.
