Space Correction (I-Shape)
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Move the joint into its full available
range of motion to increase tissue
tension under the tape.
Tear the paper backing away from the
central portion of the tape, leaving the
backing on the tails.
Holding the Kinesio Tex by the tails,
pull the middle 1/3 of the tape with
light to moderate (25-50%) available
tension and apply the middle 1/3 of
the tape to the affected area.
Apply the ends of the Kinesio Tex
with no tension.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
