The Fadal machine allows for brakes to be applied to the A and B
axes after they move. An M60 is used for the A axis and an
M62 is used for the B axis.
Two sub-routines were created- CSABrake and CSBBRake. These are called
after each CSAngleA/CSAngleB call. They output M60 and M62 each on
seperate lines.
