2. Respect
Respect is very close to empathy. Above all, we should have respect for ourselves and for own goals. Only then we can have respect for other people and their goals. Respect has a very important property - if we respect other people, they will respect us. A good way to gain respect is listening carefully and looking straight into eyes of an interlocutor. Respect can be replaced with the word acceptance (Latin: acceptatio means an approval of unit transformation). By acceptance, we understand the strengthening the process of developing oneself and one's abilities . We can distinguish: acceptance of other people which relates to other units or groups; acceptance of group norms, in other words an approval of carrying out norms that are typical of particular group.
