Model two smali oval-shaped pup:ls. press these fiat and stick in place Use biack irimmings to make four tiny flattened circles to go on his muzzle. Colour 45g (1’Aoz) of the sugarpaste red and model his nose.

MRe-work the buttercream on the Tweety cake or add a linie morę Colour the remaining sugarpaste yeilow. roli ii out and cover the cake. stretchmg out pleats and smoothing downwards If ycu have a pleat that will not smooth. cut it away and press the jom together leaving a thin linę. Rub gently with a linie icing (confectioner s) sugar on your hands to remove the ime.

Using a finger. press m firmly at the eye areas to mdent sockets. making them deeper and wider at the top. Split just under 7g (V.oz) of the white modeilmg pastę in half and use it for the eyes. Model the pastę into long wal shapes. press each fiat and stick them into each eye Socket Colour a sma'i bali of modeliing pastę pale btue and use it for the irises, then stick on two biack ova!-shaped pupils. Position Tweety on top of Sy!vester's hańb.

Split the remainder in half and make two feet. cutting down the centre of each at the fuli end Pmch gently to round them off and then stick them «n position

U Model the palni tubę using 7g (7«oz) of the white modeliing pasie. Stick a smali bali at the top and indem it using the end of a painibrush to make a bo.'e. Using mauve irimmings. thinly roli out and cut an oblong to decorate the tubę. edging n with a strip of biack. Roli a mauve sausage and stick this into the top of the tubę To make the spiats. model teardrop shapes and press each fiat St«ck some together and rub to remove the joins.

1 Q Colour the modeliing pastę trimmings yeilow To make Tweety's arm. roli I O the pastę into a sausage rounding off a little at one end Model a hand as before but make it liny. Benb the arm halfway up. pinching it out at the back to mark the elbow Stick it in position. holding cnto the paint tubę

When the cake is dry. dilute biack food colounng pastę with a little water and paint Tweety's eyebrows and eyelashes using the fine pa ntbrush Appiy the editte gold dusting powder (petai dust/blossom tint) to the halo with your fmaers and stick it in place. Use foam sponge to support ń until dry.

Make sockots by indenting łba shapes wiih your fingcrs. Then till thoso areas with white sugarpaste.
