Hi Julie,

How are you? Since I camc to England three months ago I have put on five kilos. My clothes don t nt me anymore.

I dorit seem to get much exercise. I dr\ve to work and sit a\\ day at my desk. The swimming pool near my house is very cheap, but I can't swim. The gym near my work is very expensive and I can't afford to go there.

Whats morę, am always very tired. When I walk up the stairs to my fiat on the fourth floor I must stop on each floor because I get out of breath. There is no lift in my house.

And as you kncw, I haven’t got much money.
