Wskazania: bóle ścięgien i stawów, bóle pooperacyjne, pourazowe, choroby reumatoidalne, ciężkie artrozy, ostre bóle zwyrodnieniowe stawów.

Działanie I mechanizm działania: niesteroidowy lek przeciwzapalny,

przeciwbólowy, przeciwgorączkowy, inhibitor cyklooksygenazy(COX-l i COX-2), enzymu odpowiedzialnego za tworzenie prostagiandyn, hamuje agregaqę płytek

Działania niepożądane: u uczulonych moie występie napad astmy oskrzelowej, bóle i zawroty głowy, skórne reakcje alergiczne, długotrwałe podawanie maże doprowadzić do zaburzeń ze strony przewodu pokarmowego, nawrotu choroby wrzodowej, nadwrażliwość na światło po użyciu żelu

Przeciwwskazania: nadwrażliwość na substancję czynną, i inne pochodne z tej grupy: naproksen, ibuprofen, firbiprofen, kwas acetylosalicylowy i pochodne

Ciąża: kategoria B
