ENGINE-’L’ SERIES
10. Fit belt tensioner access pług to back cover.
11. Remove Allen bolt access pług from timing gear lower cover.
12. Fit camshaft timing gear lower cover. See this section.
15. Loosen Allen bolt securing tensioner pulley, altow pulley to react then tighten Allen bolt to 55 Nm. Fit Allen bolt access pług.
16. Remove FIP timing belt cover. See this section.
13. Remove timing pin LRT-12-058 and using a socket and extension bar on crankshaft pulley bolt, rota te crankshaft 2 revolutions clockwise until timing pin LRT-12-058 can be inserted in hole in flywheel.
14. Check camshaft gear timing mark is aligned with mark on back cover.
