16-10 REAR SUSPENSION
• Apply grease to the needle roller bearings and install them.
• Apply grease to the dust seals and spacers.
• Install the spacers ® and ®.

SPRING INSTALLATION
• Fit the locknut, adjuster, spring, spring seat and stopper ring. NOTĘ:
Install the spring as painted side ® or smali diameter side is bot-tom.
• Adjust the spring set length and tighten the locknut.
IB Standard spring set length:
6.3 mm (0.24 in) compressed from tt Spring set length adjustable rs 2- 12 mm (0.08-0.47 in)

REAR SHOCK ABSORBER INSTALLATION
• Remount the rear shock absorber to the tramę and the cush-ion lever.
• Tighten the upper and lower mounting bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
H Rear shock absorber mounting nut:
60 N m (6.0 kgf-m, 43.5 Ib-ft)
• Tighten the chshion rod bolt and nut to the specified torque. H Cushion rod nut: 80 N m (8.0 kgf-m, 43.5 Ib-ft)
