KNEECAP THROW

INNERCUT THROW

Kneecap Throw:

Player s begin from training position facing in natur a.1 stance.

Step One:    Thrower sidesteps to right with right

foot, pointing toes at Receiver; bottom of left foot is placed at Receiver's right kneecap; break Receiver's baLance by circular arra motion, left hand pulls down and around, right hand pushes up and over, Photo #1.

Step Two: Continue circular arm motion, rotate body to follow arm motion as left foot lifts up against Receiver's leg. When Receiver leaves ground, place left foot on ground to regain balance, Photo #2.

Finish in strong "T" position, Photo #3.

Receiver ends in Second Fali position.

Innercut Throw:

Players begin from training position, facing in na-tural stance.

Step One: Thrower hooks Receiver's leg from in-side at knee and pulls forward with leg to break Receiver's balance to rear; Thrower's right arm tilts Receiver back as his left arm pulls forward, Photo #4.

Step Two: Continue sharp puli with bent leg and thrust Receiver back and down to complete throw Photo #5, or by changing direction of arm move-ment and adding body twist, throw Receiver to side, Photo #6.

Finish in Photo #5 is morę commonly used. Finish in Photo #6 has advantage of working against weaker linę of Receiver.

Receiver uses Fourth Fali.
