TAKE THE TEST!

^The Japanese Language Proficiency Test has been held annually throughout the world sińce 1984. Administered by the Japanese government and the nonprofit Japan Foundation, the test evaluates and certifies the proficiency of non-native speakers of Japanese. There are four levels to the examination: Level 4 for beginners, Level 3 for intermediate students, Level 2 for those who are functionally literate in Japanese, and Level I for experts.

This book includes all 80 kanji students need to know to pass Level 4 of the JLPT. Subsequent volumes in the “Kanji de Manga” series will help students prepare for the higher levels.
