In this exam-ple. the llluminati control thnee Groups direetly: the Demoerats, the Gongressional Wives, and the South American Na/is. The South American Nazis control iwo Groups: the KGB and the Cycle Gangs. The Demoerats control one Group: the Anliwar Activists.

The Groups

The basie elements of llluminati are the Group cards. ranging from the llluminati ihemsebes to the Yuppies and the Boy Sprotits. (Any resemblance to real tirganizations is Imrely satirical in naturę, i Each Group has ccrtain charac-teristics. See Figurę 3 below.

Power

The Power number shown on the card is a measure of its ability to dominate other Groups. The higher the number. the greater the Power, ff a Group has tu o numbers l fur example: 7/4). the firsl number is its regular Power and the second represents Ihe portion of that Power whiclr can be used to assist another Group in an attack (Transferable Power).
