Cont in rows, work in kl, pl rib for Vi”, then change to orange and BO all sts. Neckline trim: With RS facing, MC, and smaller needle, beg at right-front neck shaping, pick up and knit 153 (161, 161,

161, 161, 179) sts evenly around entire neck; do not work along placket edges. Work as for armhole. Left-front placket: With RS facing, MC, and smaller needle, beg at neck edge, pick up and knit 65 sts evenly along left-front opening. Work in 1x1 rib for plus 1 row, then change to orange and BO all sts. Sew 4 buttons evenly spaced along placket. Right placket: Work as for left-front placket, working a 2-st one-row buttonhole (see Glossary) opposite each button on left-front placket on first RS row. Sew side seams, including armhole trim seam. Sew lower edge of left-front placket to 3 BO sts, then sew right-front placket over left-front placket at lower edge. Weave in ends. □
