Patterns with at least 2 colors in a row are called jacquard patterns. They are also called Fair Isle patterns.

Ifyou work jacqunrd partems in thc ronnd, knit all the sntches and keep the yam at rhc back ot rhc work. I hc >clvedgc stitchos are alw.ns worked wiih both yam colors.
