Use the three-needle BO (see Glossary) to join shoulders. Sew in sleeves, easing in any fullness at the top. With WS facing, place cord inside easing and sew down long open edge of easing, enclosing the cord. Front bands: Transfer held lace border sts of right front to smaller needle.
