In order to complctc your cards you will reqt:ire these additional items:

•    Sticky tape cut inło smali picccs to secure the ends of Ute threads.

•    Clcar drying gluc or doubic-sidcd adhcsivc tapc for finał assembly.

•    A piece of foam. a felt mat or a foldcd towcl to protcct your work sur face

Step One Protcct your work surfacc. Oper. up ihc card and with the right side facir.g up, lay a design tcmplatc on the middle section.

Step Two Holding the tcmplatc in place, lakc the large pin and prick through each dot in tum on the tcmplate makuig surę that the pin also goes through the card. Retnovc the tcmplate when the cr.tirc design has bccn complcted łlint - Ifyou wlsh to secure your lemplate to the card with stiefy taftę, place the tape on and pff a cloth sereeral limes. This will take off the excess stickirms y>:< still altów it to adhere to the card without lecreing a mark To test first use the reserse o/the right panel as this will eventually hehidden.

Step thrcc Cut a length of thread about 2 fcet long and thread the needle. (It is better to use scvcral short threads ralher than one long piece as the holes of the card may start to wcar away the filamcnt tn the thread and cause il to fray The underside of your work will be hiddcn so it docs not matter how many limes you scal your threads.) Altach the thread to the back of the card, close to the starting point, with a smali piece of sticky tape, making surę that you do not covcr ovcr any holes.

Step Four Follow iiustructions for each embroidered design, sccuring each length of tliread with a smali piece of sticky tapc.
