ROZWÓJ SIECI RZECZNEJ PRZYMORZA NA PRZEŁOMIE OKRESÓW SUBBOREALNEGO I SUBATLANTYCKIEGO A DZIAŁALNOŚĆ CZŁOWIEKA (NA PRZYKŁADZIE SŁUPI I ŁUPAWY)
Badania nad postglacjalnym rozwojem dolin Słupi i Łupawy (ryc. 1), prowadzone pod kierunkiem autora (Problem międzyresortowy MR 125. temat 06.6) potwierdziły pogląd, iż po okresie funkcjonowania odpływu ekstraglaęjalnego typu sandrowego, dolin marginalnych i odpływu pradolinnego nastąpił okres formowania dolin rzecznych (por. W. Deecke 1911; K. Keilhack 1930; J. Sylwestrzak 1973; 1978a, b: DPiasecki 1976; 1982; i inni).
Z rozcięciem form marginalnych fazy gardzieńskiej (?), co przypadło nabólling (W. Florek 1984, s. 47; E. Florek, W. Florek 1986; S. W. Alexan-drowicz, W. Florek, K. Zaborowska, J. Zachowicz, w druku) wiązało się uformowanie terasy nadzalewowej Słupi w rejonie Słupska. Schyłek vistulianu i początek holocenu (preboreał) przyniosły ekspansję zbiorników wodnych, które zajmowały obniżenia po martwych lodach, wytopionych nalediach i opuszczonych korytach rzecznych. Schyłek okresu preborealnego przyniósł zanik tych zbiorników (W. Florek 1984, s. 34—35; S. W. Alexandrowicz. W. Florek, K. Zaborowska, J. Zachowicz, w druku).
W okresie borealnym (jeśli wziąć pod uwagę datowanie palinologicz-ne) bądź z początkiem okresu atlantyckiego uformowało się koryto meandrowe Słupi (W. Florek 1984, s. 24—25; W. Florek, w druku; E, Florek, W. Florek 1986) wcięte w starsze poziomy morfologiczne (ryc. 2). Zaczęła powstawać równina zalewowa. Z równi zalewowej Łupawy znane są podobne paleomeandry, datowane jednak dopiero na środkową część okresu atlantyckiego (W. Florek 1984, s. 50).
