Autonomic Nerve (Plantar Surface)
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: prone with the knee
flexed to 90 degrees, ankle in neutral,
and toes relaxed.
Apply the base of the tape to the
plantar surface of the foot over the
metatarsophalangeal joints of the
second to third toes.
Stabilize the base of the Kinesio Tex.
Dorsiflex the ankle and extend toes.
Pull the central portion of the tape
with very light to light (15-25%)
available tension and apply the other
end of the Kinesio Tex to the heel.
Apply the end of the Kinesio Tex with
no tension.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
