•    physical and Chemical properties of water

•    the ability of human body to swim, static and dynamie swimming

•    proper selection of modem methods of teaching swimming, teaching rules and organization of the teaching process

•    stages of teaching swimming, with particular focus on elementary swimming courses

•    basie terminology of training swimming

•    selected issues conceming swimming-related disciplines

•    reasons for swimming - health, correction and compensation, medical Assessment: finał written test
