then the parametric model for unit prices and attributes will get the following formula C_Tj =S_X xc_x+S₂xc₂ +...+S,xc, + a_l xk_x+... +a_sxk_s.

The estimated parameters in this formula are the unit prices coefficients (c_j) of estate's element and the weight coefficients (k_s) of elahorated attributes.
