3 To protecl proprietary rights of Monotype Imaging, you agree to maintain the Software and other proprietary infonnation conceming the Typefaces in strict confidence and to establish reasonable procedures regulating access to and use of the Software and Typefaces. You agree not to duplicale or copy the Software or Typefaces. except that you ntay make one backup copy. You agree that anysuch copy sltall contain the same proprietary notices as those appearing on the original. This License sltall continue umil the last use of lite Software and Typefaces, unless sooner terminated. This License may be terminated by Monotype Imaging ifyou fail to comply witlt the tertns oftliis License and such failure is not remedied within thirty (301 days after notice from Monotype Imaging.

When this License expires oris terminated, you shall eitlter return to Monotype Imaging ordestroy all copies ofthe Software and Typefaces and documentation as reąuested. You agree that you will not modify, alter, disassemble, decrypt, reverse engineer or decompHe the Software. Monotype Imaging warrants that for nittety (90) days after delirery, the Software will perform in accordance willi Monotype Imagingpublished specificalions, and the diskelte will be free from defects in materiał and workmanship. Monotype Imaging does not warrant that the Software isfree from all bugs. errors and omissions.
