PLANS FOR THE REPOSITORY OF ADAM MICKIEWICZ UNIVERSITY IN POZNAŃ. ACADEMIC STAFF ATTITUDE SURYEY

ABSTRACT: The results of academic Staff attitude survey run at Adam Mickiewicz University are presented. The objective was to survey attitudes of the Staff toward the development of the university repository. Guidelines for the development and manage-ment of the repository are provided, based on the analysis of the Staff attitudes. Close at-tention is drawn to the issues of depositing and publishing items in the repository and the need for extensive promotion of the project in the scholarly community is identified.
