Problem z wyskakującymi oknami

Mam problem z wyskakującymi reklamami .Po skanowaniu Spybot'em znalazł coś takiego :
Command Service: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\cmdService ,HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\cmdService , HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\cmdService
a, ot problem po skanie SpyBotem usunąłem to co wykrył i usunął tylko HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\cmdService resztę się nie dało bo były w pamięci i trzeba było usunąć to po restarcie komputera.
Po restarcie zeskanowałem SpyBotem kolejny raz i nic znowu to samo(usuń po restarcie ) ,a na dodatek pojawiło się HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\cmdService które usunąłem wcześniej !!! A i komputer strasznie długo się włącza na napisie ZAPRASZAMY zatrzymuje się na 2 minuty (przedtem uruchamiał się jakieś 30 sek.) proszę o pomoc .Jeszcze jedno co jakieś 1,5 godz. komputer sam się restartuje .
Mam kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Pro(5.0) po skanie nic nie wykrył.

Plik usunąć ręcznie lub za pomocą Killboxa. Następnie zastosować poniższy fix:

Skopiować do notatnika -> zapisać -> zmienić rozszerzenie na wszystkie pliki -> zapisać jako fix.reg .
