The lightweight B16B engine features new valve system allowing higher engine speeds, reduced engine friction, improved breathing, and increased compression ratio. The special color of the championship white with the red emblem comes from 1965 when HONDA won the F-1 for the first time. In May 1967, Toyota announced the release of the TOYOTA 2000GT jointly developed by Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. which grew up to the automaker of the top of Japan and Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. which boasted of a higher technology.

2000. 7 : AUTECH announced that it releases the Silvia Convertible Varietta. The Silvia Convertible Varietta comes with the first fully opening power metal top to be featured on a domestic convertible. The Silvia Convertible Varietta adopts 2+2 interior packaging with comfortable seating for 4 passengers.

2000.10 : The L-package and the Type-B are added to the Silvia line-up. The Skyline GT-R is powered by the S20 L-6 1989cc DOHC 4valve with 40PHH Solex carburettor engine that makes 160 horsepower. Major features of the S20 engine include a side-bolts type cylinder block, aluminium pistons, stainless steel exhaust manifold, and full-transistor igniter. Top speed is 200km, and 0-400m is 16.1 seconds. The Skyline GT-R adopts Porsche's 5 speed manual transmission.

In 1970, the 2-door coupe Skyline GT-R KPGC-10 was introduced. The driving performance has been improved by having shortened the wheel-base and lightweight-ized. The interior of the design unified black was equipped with bucket seats and 6-meters.

The Skyline GT-R KPGC-110 was introduced in 1973. The KPGC110 Skyline GT-R called 'KENMERI' is a Skyline GT-R of the phantom by which only 197 units were produced. The Skyline GT-R carries on with the S20 24 valve L-6 engine, along with its 160 horsepower.

1989.08 : In the Skyline range the most powerful GT-R model was revived after a 16 year break (R-32). Since the first generation PGC10 model was launched in 1969, the Skyline GT-R has established a brilliant record of success in numerous motor sport events as a high-performance machine representative of Japanese automotive technology.
The powertrain feature of GT-R is a RB26DETT 2.6-liter IL6 DOHC with twin ceramic turbocharges and an intercooler, ATTESA ET-S which controls all wheel drive systems electronically and HICAS four wheel steering system. The ATTESA ET-S optimally controls the torque distribution to the front and rear wheels according to the driving conditions. It significantly improves vehicle controllability while cornering.
Yaw rate feedback control had been adopted to the phase reversal control procedure in Nissan's Super HICAS four-wheel steering system. This control procedure enhances vehicle stability on rough roads and when traveling at high speed.
The bonnet and front fenders were made of aluminum, achieving a weight reduction of approximately 12kg compared with panels made of steel. At the rear a large-sized spoiler to provide down force at high speed was fitted.

1990.02 : Nissan announced the release of the limited edition Skyline GT-R Nismo with the purpose of participating in the JTC Group A (Japan Touringcar Championship ). Engine durability and reliability have been improved by adopting the metal TO4B turbine instead of the ceramic TO3 turbine. The Skyline GT-R Nismo is equipped with a front bumper with air intake, a hood top mold, a small rear spoiler under its stock rear spoiler, and Nismo stickers. ABS, air conditioner, audio, and rear wiper have been removed to reduce weight.

1995.01 : Nissan announed the release of the BCNR-33 Skyline GT-R and the Skyline GT-R Vspec. Body size was enlarged, length of 4,675mm, width of 1,780mm, height of 1,360mm, wheel-base of 2,720mm, and weight of 1,750kg (R-33). The engine's maximum torque output had been increased by 1.5kg-m to 37.5kg-m at 4400rpm as a result old various improving revising the computer control parameters and improving the intercooler.

999. 1 : A brand-new BNR 34 Skyline GT-R has been announced in 1999. Compared with the R33 Skyline GT-R, the length has been shortened by 75mm, the wheelbase by 55mm and front overhang by 20mm, resulting in a wheelbase/tread ratio for enhanced driving performance. As for the RB26DETT engine, the camshafts have been modified for improved valve timing, enabling the engine to generate 15.6kg-m/liter of torque. Moreover, new twin ball bearing ceramic turbochargers have been adopted to deliver sharp, instantaneous response to accelerator inputs.
Adopted as the transmission was a new 6-speed manual gearbox jointly developed by Nissan and GETRAG of Germany. A Helical LSD with superb responsiveness and controllability has been adopted for improved traction during cornering and enhanced response to accelerator inputs. The Skyline GT-R Vspec comes with an active LSD for optimum torque split control.
A multifunctional display was installed in the atop level of the center console to present essential driving information to the driver during sporty driving. Altogether, seven items are presented in three modes on the 5.8 fixed liquid crystal display, beginning with such basic information as the boost pressure, water temperature, oil temperature and extending to the voltage, throttle opening, fuel injector opening rate and front toque split. (the GT-R Vspec added the intake air temperature and exhaust gas temperature.)
Moreover, the Skyline GT-R Vspec adopted a front diffuser and a carbon rear diffuser to create a downforce for regulating the air flow along the car's undersurface, allowing positive use of aerodynamic force for enhanced handling and stability.

2000. 8 : Skyline GT-R underwent minor model change. Among the improvements made this time, the newly established Vspec 2 grade that replaces the previous Vspec grade features the first mass-produced vehicle implementation of a carbon fiber engine hood with NACA ducts. Braking performance has also been improved by equipping all Skyline GT-R models with the large size rear brakes that were previously used only on the Vspec N1 grade. Moreover, exterior and interior trim features have been partially changed, including the adoption of white turn signal lamps, a different seat cloth, aluminum sport pedals and an iridium silver center console.
2002. 2 : As the final limited-production series of the R34 Skyline GT-R, the Nur. series was introduced in Japan. Mnie zastanawia podstawa kultu skoro silnik jest bardzo awaryjny i ludzie masowo odchodzą od niego wszczepiając pdod maskę silniki z Corvette lub Supry. Na forach wlaściciele szydzą z wlasnych aut. Ale auto to nie tylko silnik, auto to calość. A ta calość w przypadku RX-7 jest piękna, efektywna i przemyślana.



W 1991r auto zostalo zaprezentowane publiczności. Silnik Wankla 654cc x2 o mocy 255KM.
