Testlng and adjustlng.

ATTENTION:CERTAIN COMPONENTS ON THE PRINT MAY CARRY A DAN-GEROUS VOLTAGEI!

Be surę as well thal the housing is not connected electrioally to Ihe wiring or to the drcuit itself.

-Check il the switch ON/OFF is in posilion OFF (you can euentually tirst m< -Use wire with a section ol approx. 0.5mm (this thin wireis meant to protect the battery in case there should rise any problem) to connect temporarely the + terminal ol the battery to the RED terminal and the - terninal olthe battery to the BLACK terminal ol the rectifier.

-Tum the potentiometer RV1 complotely to the right.

-Connect a voltmeter (measuring rangę higher than 250VAC) to the 220VAC terminals ol the convertor (marked LOAD).

-Switch the ON/OFF-switch into the ON-position, the red LED should light up and the groen LED should stay extinguished.

-Push the -RESET button. il everything goes well. ths red LED should now extinguish and the green LED should light up.

-By moans ol the trimmer RV1 you should now adjust theoutput voltage at 240V (the readout ol most of the measuring instruments will te approx. 10% to high. because ol the fact that the voltage at the output of the ctmvertor has no porfect sine form. The effective voitage will therelore be approx. 220V)
