•Piston ring

Into the cylinder.

Push the ring with the piston crown.

3.    Measure:

•End gap

Out of specification->Replace rings as a set. Use a Feeler Gauge.

0.15-0.35 mm (0.006-0.014 in)

PISTON PIN AND BEARING

1.    Lubricate:

•Piston pin (Lightly)

2.    Install:

• Smali end bearing •Piston pin

Into the smali end of connecting rod.

3.    Check:

•Free play

There should be no noticeable free play. Free play exists - Inspect the connecting rod for wear/Replace the pin and/or connecting rod as required.

4.    Install:

•Piston pin

Into the piston pin hole.
